Not many people know that there are worker's compensation benefits available to Wisconsin workers for their hearing loss, just like there are for an arm, leg or back injury. Johnson Law Offices (JLO) has designed a legal services program to assist Wisconsin workers claim benefits for their hearing loss.
This is a fairly quick and painless process for the claimant and assisting professionals. Johnson Law Offices does all the paperwork, coordination and negotiation (of course, working closely with the client who makes the final decisions on settlement or hearing). Fees and costs to the client are contingent upon recovery...no recovery/no fees or costs.
